We have two adjacent villas that available only from August 12th
through August 26th. These magnificent, year-round villas are
part of the exclusive Muskokan Resort Club located on Lake
Joseph, known as the most beautiful lake in the Muskokas.
Set amid picturesque landscaping, and within a stone's throw of
the lake, the villa offers a spacious, elegantly appointed
home-away-from-home, containing every comfort and luxury. It has
2 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, a convertible den and 4
bathrooms accommodating up to 8 people.
The resort offers first-class activities and amenities including
boating; swimming in a sandy, shallow beach (perfect for the
kids!) or in a carved-into-the mountain swimming pool;
state-of-the-art tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts;
well-equipped fitness centre, spa facilities; hot tub &
sauna, and a designer playground. A new clubhouse features a
well-equipped games room, billiards room and private movie
theatre. The lakeside boathouse offers a gorgeous lake-view
fitness centre, a large outdoor hot tub, a dry-heat sauna, and
various spa services by appointment. And in the evening enjoy a
firepit surrounded by comfortable (Muskokan) chairs. A free golf
cart helps you get around the grounds, as cars are kept in the
parking lot.
Beyond the resort, there are endless activities and places of
interest to explore. Lush golf courses are just a short pontoon
ride (provided by management) away. Nearby trails offer exciting
hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding adventures. The
Trans-Canada Trail and Algonquin park are within easy driving
distance. Muskoka's many museums are a vibrant testimony to this
area's rich and varied history.
Less than two hours from Toronto, but worlds away, the Muskokan

Prime summer rates have been reduced to $775 per night (3 night
minimum) or $5200 for the week.
